Программы по поощрению достижений в сфере ОТ, ПБ и ООС 8.23 Programs on encouragement of achievements in the sphere of HSE Заказчик настоятельно рекомендует Подрядчику внедрить программу по поощрению достижений, которая будет стимулировать постоянное улучшение качества ОТ, ТБ и ООС. Чтобы быть эффективными программы по признанию достижению должны обеспечить: The customer urgently recommends to the Contractor to implement the program on encouragement of achievements which will stimulate constant improvement of the HSE quality. In order to be efficient, the programs on acknowledgement of the achievement should provide for: признание упреждающей инициативы и выполнения работниками требований по ОТ, ПБ и ООС; Acknowledgement of the anticipatory initiative and accomplishment by workers of requirements on HSE; стимулирование использования ведущих индикаторов; Stimulation of use of leading indicators; поощрение составления отчётов о всех происшествиях; Encouragement of reports on all incidents; обучение и мотивацию персонала на действия по улучшению соблюдения требований по ОТ, ПБ и ООС; Training and motivation of the personnel to perform actions aimed at improvement of observance of the HSE requirements; значимость признаний достижений для персонала; Importance of acknowledgement of the achievements for the personnel; Учёт местных культурных особенностей; Consideration of the local cultural specifics; соответствие культуре ОТ, ПБ и ООС Подрядчика Conformity to the HSE culture of the Contractor Заказчик по собственному усмотрению может дополнять программы признания достижений Подрядчика или внедрить отдельную программу. The Customer under his own discretion can supplement programs of acknowledgement of the achievements of the Contractor or implement separate program.
