In exercising the rights and powers conferred upon the Assignee/Bank under the Deed of Assignment (Property) and Power of Attorney (Property) both dated 23rd day of April, 2018 (“the Said Agreements”) into between the Assignee/Bank and the Assignor/Borrower in respect of the Sale and Purchase Agreement entered into between Desmond Chan Ying Chong („The Vendor”) and Chan Kam Kit („The Purchaser”) dated 06th day of June 2011 it is hereby proclaimed that the Assignee with the assistance of the undermentioned Auctioneer :-
