Developer and City are, from time to time, hereinafter referred to individually as a "party" and collectively as the "parties."

It is the intent of the parties that the Project Site be developed as a 171 unit single-family housing project on 54 acres of low-density residential property (the “Low-Density Project”), with all related on-site and off-site infrastructure improvements and services (collectively, the “Project”), as more particularly described in this Agreement and its exhibits (including without limitation the Tentative Map and Conditions of Approval attached hereto as Exhibit D). Any reference in this Agreement to the Project or the development of the Project shall also mean and include the Project Site and its development.
