This AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made and effective as of the later date listed on the signature page hereto, by and between (“Contributor”) and Bright Lite Magazine, (“Bright Lite,” collectively, with Contributor, the “Parties” and each individually a “Party”). In consideration of the mutual promises contained herein, the Parties agree as follows:
