This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement entered into by and between you (“you” or “your”) and Glasnostic, Inc. (“Glasnostic” “we” or “us”) and governs and applies to your access to and use of the software product(s) made available or licensed by Glasnostic, Inc., whether through a cloud service provider or otherwise (the “Software”).
