These Terms and Conditions, together with any other documents or other terms to which specific contractual reference is made in the booking of the Services, constitute the “Agreement” between you (the “Customer”) and The Growth Company Limited (“The Growth Company”). Your booking of matrix Standard Services and agreement to the provision of the Services signifies your agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
