The purpose of this organization shall be to develop attitudes of an practice in good citizenship; promote harmonious relations throughout the entire school; improve school morale; assist in the management of the school; provide a medium for the school expressions; provide orderly direction of the school activities; charter school clubs and other organization; and promote the general welfare of the school. Members shall be conscious of the student welfare at all times and make recommendations for the welfare of the school to the Council. The Council shall promote respect for the school and private property.
