For valuable consideration, you grant KTLA, LLC (owner of KTLA-TV, Channel 5, Los Angeles) the right to broadcast the video described below, which you have offered to KTLA, LLC. In so doing, KTLA, LLC will have the nonexclusive right to edit and broadcast the video over television or any other media; and to license, exchange and otherwise make the video available to third parties for their use as television news broadcast material.
