This Agreement shall be effective on the first (1st) day of the month following either the full system installation by Company (if new system was purchased) or signing of this Agreement (the “Effective Date”), and shall continue for a term as reflected within your “CONTRACT CLIENT SUPPORT ENGAGEMENT FORM” from the Effective Date. The Agreement will automatically renew on a one- year (12 months) basis thereafter, subject to changes in Company’s monthly service rate schedule and benefit levels.
