This Agreement, entered into by and between the Town of Ayer, Massachusetts hereinafter referred to as the "TOWN" and the Ayer Police Patrol Officers Association, hereinafter referred to as the “Association" is designated to maintain and promote a harmonious relationship between the Town and such of its employees who are covered by the provisions of the agreement, in order that a more efficient and progressive public service may be rendered.
