THIS CDBG AGREEMENT (hereinafter the “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the City of Orlando, a Florida municipal corporation, with a principal address of 400 South Orange Avenue, Orlando, Florida, 32801 (hereinafter referred to as the "City"), and Health Care Center for the Homeless, Inc., a Florida non-profit corporation, with a mailing address of 232 N. Orange Blossom Trail, Orlando, FL, 32805 (hereinafter referred to as “Center” or “Subrecipient”).
