Recitals (A) The Microgrid Operator operates the Microgrid, which is a vertically integrated high-renewable energy content supply system, located at the Peel Business Park in Nambeelup. (B) The Customer is party to an electricity supply agreement in respect of the Premises with the Microgrid Operator or a Third Party Retailer. (C) The Customer wishes to connect the Generator to the Microgrid for the purposes of reducing the Customer’s consumption of electricity from the Microgrid.
