This Online Services Agreement (this "Agreement") states the terms and conditions for Online Services offered by Farmers Trust and Savings Bank (the "Bank"). When you use, or you permit any other person(s) to use, Online Banking or Mobile Banking (collectively, "Online Services"), you agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. These terms and conditions are in addition to those that apply to any accounts you have with the Bank. This Agreement is an addendum to the existing Loan and/or Deposit Account Agreement that you received when opening your account, as amended from time to time.
