Heli-Logger Inc. (HCI) is a helicopter company consisting of a small fleet of helicopters specializing in hauling cut logs from remote locations to specified logging yards. HCI entered into a multi-year integrated written contract with PineCo Inc. (PCI) a logging company in Northern California. Under the contract HCI agreed to haul a minimum of 100 logs and up to 150 logs per day at a rate of $500 per log.
