This END USER LICENSE AND SERVICES AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), entered into as of the last date of execution as set forth in the Contract (“Contract” or “Purchase Order”), by and between MICROPACT GLOBAL, INC., a Delaware corporation having its principal offices at 12901 Worldgate Drive, Suite 800, Herndon, VA 20170 (“MicroPact”) and Licensee. This Agreement is comprised of four (4) different Sections: (1) Section A (License Terms and Conditions);
