These Merchant Processing Agreement Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the Merchant Processing Agreement among National Processing Company, a Nebraska corporation, located at 5100 Interchange Way, Louisville, KY 40229 (hereinafter "Processor"), Member Bank, and the legal entity or sole proprietorship identified on Page 1 of the Merchant Processing Agreement/Application (hereinafter "Merchant") having its principal office at the address specified on Page 1 of the Merchant Processing Agreement/Application. The Processor and Member Bank are collectively referred to as “Vendor,” and may jointly or individually assert or exercise any rights or remedies provided to Vendor hereunder.
