This Agreement, was made and entered into on _July 12, 2011_ by and between Kent County Levy Court, of the State of Delaware (hereinafter referred to as the "employer" or the ACounty@) and Delaware Public Employees Council 81, American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) AFL-CIO and its affiliate Local 781 (hereinafter referred to as the "Union" or “AFSCME”). The term of this Agreement will be from July 1, 2009 to June 30, 2015 and replaces in its entirety the agreement dated April 26, 2006 effective March 30, 2005 to June 30, 2009 and the temporary one-year extensions dated May 12, 2009 and June 15, 2010. Any and all funding required in order to carry out the terms of this Agreement shall qualify for cost sharing with the State of Delaware as provided in Title 16, Chapter 98 (Paramedic Services), of the Delaware Code, as amended, and subsequent promulgated regulations.
