Assemblies of God World Missions (AGWM) of The General Council of the Assemblies of God, Springfield, Missouri, hereby states its intention to assign to serve as a missionary associate(s). This agreement between Assemblies of God World Missions and shall be considered in effect for the duration of the assignment unless modified by AGWM Executive Committee action.
