This Settlement Agreement relating to the 2013-2014 CORE NH Electric Energy Efficiency Programs and Gas Energy Efficiency Programs (“Core Programs”) is entered into this 14th day of December, 2012, by and among: Granite State Electric Company d/b/a Liberty Utilities (“GSEC”); the New Hampshire Electric Cooperative, Inc. (“NHEC”); Public Service Company of New Hampshire (“PSNH”); and Unitil Energy Systems, Inc.
