THIS AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT”) is made between the Charter Township of Shelby (“Shelby”), a Michigan municipal corporation with its offices located at 52700 Van Dyke Ave., Shelby Township, MI 48316 and the Township of Macomb (“Macomb”), a Michigan municipal corporation, with its offices located at 54111 Broughton Road, Macomb, MI 48042. Collectively, Shelby and Macomb are the “Parties”.
