Southern Nevada Health District doing business as the Southern Nevada Community Health Center (hereafter referred to as “Client”) enter into this non-exclusive Client Services Agreement effective the date of execution for the purpose of referring and placing Consultants (“Consultants”) with Client. This Agreement, including the details of Addendum B, Rate Schedule, shall govern the overall terms of the relationship, while a separate Client Confirmation, Assignment Details (Addendum A) for each placement will outline varying specifics as to bill rates, personnel, and assignment lengths.
