The Chilled Water Service Agreement Exhibit A - Service Specifications sets forth Supplier’s requirement for the Customer’s chilled water temperature measured at the point just before the water enters the Heat Exchanger. Customer will use commercially reasonable efforts, including, without limitation, implementing the following Best Practices, to achieve this Design Return Temperature. Customer is to monitor and take corrective action to achieve this design temperature.
