This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of the 29th day of January, 2020 (the “Effective Date”), between Landholdings Inc., a Delaware corporation (together with its successors and assigns, the “Company”) and G. Austin Allison (“Executive”).
