THIS COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT is made pursuant to the Industrial Relations Act on this 7th day of September 2010 between the ALEXANDRA HEALTH PTE LTD, a company registered under the Companies Act and having its place of business at 90 Yishun Central, Singapore 768828, for and on behalf of its subsidiaries namely, KHOO TECK PUAT HOSPITAL and JURONG MEDICAL CENTRE (hereinafter called the “Hospital”) of the one part and the HEALTHCARE SERVICES EMPLOYEES’ UNION, a trade union registered under the Trade Unions Act and having its registered office at 31 Third Hospital Avenue, #01-03 Bowyer Block C, Singapore 168753 (hereinafter called the “Union”) of the other part.
