This Affordable Housing Regulatory Agreement and Declaration of Restrictive Covenants (“Agreement”) is entered into effective as of , 201_ (“Effective Date”) by and between the City of Foster City, a California municipal corporation (“City”) and Pilgrim Triton Phase III FC LP, a Delaware limited liability partnership (“Owner”). City and Owner may be individually referred to herein as a “Party,” and collectively as the “Parties.”
