Notwithstanding anything in the Contract, the plans for the Project (the “Project Plans”), or this Addendum to the contrary, in the event of a conflict between terms in the Contract, the Project Plans, or this Addendum, the terms of this Addendum, then the Contract, then the Project Plans control, in that order. For purposes of this Addendum, capitalized terms used in this Addendum but not otherwise defined herein shall retain the meanings ascribed to such terms in the Contract.
