THIS LEASE AGREEMENT is made and entered into this day of , 2015 (hereinafter referred to as the “Effective Date”) by and between the City of Moorhead, a municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Minnesota (hereinafter referred to as the “City”) and Newman Signs, Inc., d/b/a/ Newman Outdoor Advertising, a corporation formed under the laws of the State of North Dakota (hereinafter referred to as the “Lessee”).
