THIS PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is effective as of November , 2018 (the “Effective Date”), by and among CIC MEZZANINE INVESTORS, L.L.C., an Illinois limited liability company (the “Fund”), and COMMUNITY INVESTMENT CORPORATION, an Illinois corporation (“CIC” or “Adviser”). The Fund and Adviser are sometimes referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
