THIS RIGHT-OF-WAY USE AGREEMENT (Agreement) is entered into this day of December, 2016 (Effective Date) by and between the City of Lompoc, a California Municipal Corporation (City) and Astound Broadband, LLC dba Wave, a Washington limited liability company (Company). For the purposes of this Agreement, City and Company may be referred to collectively as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party.”
