This Education Master Services Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) is entered into on this Effective Date August 12th, 2024, by and between Battle Ground School District located at 11104 N.E. 149th Street Brush Prairie, Washington 98606, referred to in this Agreement as (“Customer”), and Amergis Healthcare Staffing, Inc. d/b/a Amergis Educational Staffing, a Maryland Corporation including its affiliates and subsidiaries, with an office located at 10220 SW Greenburg Rd, Suite 570, Portland, OR, 97223, United States of America referred to in this Agreement as (“Amergis”). Customer or Amergis may be referred to herein as a “Party” or jointly as the “Parties.”
