This Business Associate Agreement (“BAA”) is entered into as of the date of execution of the Agreement or Order Form referencing this BAA (“BAA Effective Date”), by and between Jitterbit Inc. (“Jitterbit”), a Delaware corporation, located at 1001 Marina Village Parkway, Suite 402, Alameda, CA 94501 and the entity named on the Agreement or Order Form (“Client”). This BAA supplements and amends the Agreement (as defined below) for the purpose of implementing the requirements of HIPAA to support the parties’ compliance requirements thereunder.
