This 2011 Renewable Fixed Energy Price Amendment to Power Purchase Agreement ("Amendment"), by and between Pacific Gas and Electric Company, a California corporation (''''Buyer''), and Green Ridge Power, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Seller"), is entered into as of the later of the signature dates found at the signature block, below. Buyer and Seller are sometimes referred to in this Amendment individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties". Unless the context specifies or requires, any initially capitalized term used but not othef\vise defined in this Amendment has the meaning given to such term in the Agreement (as defined in Recital A).
