Donoghue & Co., Inc. (the "Adviser"), a Massachusetts Company.

(the "Adviser"), a Delaware corporation and member of the UniCredit banking group, register of banking groups, on its own behalf and on behalf of open-end management investment companies and series thereof for which the Adviser serves as investment adviser, currently in existence or hereafter created (each investment company hereinafter referred to as the “Fund”), as set forth on Schedule A hereto.
