(hereinafter referred to as Lessee). The rental payment of $950.00 is due as of the date of this agreement. Please make check payable to: Blueberry Shores at Newfound LLC. Lessee shall submit to Lessor a copy of Lessee’s boat registration (legible copy) which we will sent to the State of NH Department of Safety for issuance of a mooring decal. The registration must be PAID for the current 2020 year. You may e-mail (caitlin@dhbhomes.com) your registration or mail it in with your mooring agreement and payment. PLEASE get your registration in ASAP, so as not to delay your access to the lake by May 15th.
