In accordance with the National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 U.S.C. § 20113(e)), this Agreement is entered into by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Goddard Space Flight Center, located at 8800 Greenbelt Road, Greenbelt, Maryland 20771 (hereinafter referred to as "NASA" or "NASA GSFC") and THE TRUSTEES OF COLUMBIA UNIVERSITY IN THE CITY OF NEW YORK, Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences (DEES) and School of Professional Studies (SPS) located at 615 W. 131st Street, Studebaker, Third Floor, Mail Code 8733, New York, NY 10027-7922 (hereinafter referred to as "Partner" or "CU"). NASA and Partner may be individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively referred to as the "Parties."
