The Health and Human Services Commission (“HHSC” or “System Agency”) and Bluebonnet Trails Community MHMR Center (“Grantee”), who are collectively referred to in this Amendment as the “Parties,” to that certain Mental Health First Aid (“MHFA”) Grant contract effective September 1, 2018 and denominated HHSC Contract No. HHS000176600001 (the “Contract”), as amended, now desire to further amend the Contract.
