THIS AGREEMENT is made this 9th day of October, 2014, by and between the UPPER CAPE COD REGIONAL SCHOOL DISTRICT, acting by and through the Upper Cape Cod Regional School, (hereinafter referred to as “Committee”) with a principal place of business at 220 Sandwich Rd., Bourne, Massachusetts 02532 and ROBERT A. DUTCH, an individual with a principal place of residence at 6 Mizzen Lane, Bourne, Massachusetts 02532, (hereinafter referred to as (“Superintendent”).
