(SPP) filed an executed Service Agreement for Network Integration Transmission Service (NITSA) between SPP as Transmission Provider and Nemaha-Marshall Electric Cooperative (Nemaha-Marshall) as Network Customer; and an executed Network Operating Agreement (NOA) between SPP as Transmission Provider, Nemaha- Marshall as Network Customer, and Westar Energy, Inc. as Host Transmission Owner (together, Agreement). SPP requests waiver of the Commission's 60-day notice requirement to permit an August 1, 2014 effective date for changes to the Agreement including updated wholesale distribution service charges.
