On January 30, 2013, you submitted for filing on behalf of Southwest Power Pool, Inc. (SPP): (1) an executed network integration transmission service agreement (NITSA) between SPP as transmission provider and Western Farmers Electric Cooperative (WFEC) as network customer; and (2) an executed network operating agreement (NOA) between SPP as transmission provider and WFEC as network customer and American Electric Power as host transmission owner; and (3) an executed NOA between SPP as transmission provider, WFEC as both network customer and host transmission owner, and Oklahoma Gas and Electric Company as host transmission owner.1 Pursuant to authority delegated to the Director, Division of Electric Power Regulation – Central under 18 C.F.R. § 375.307, your submittal in the above referenced docket is accepted for filing to become effective January 1, 2013.
