These terms and conditions, together with the purchase order, statement of work and any other documents specifically adopted by reference in any such documents, constitute the entire agreement between the parties (the “Agreement”). This Agreement constitutes the parties’ entire contractual agreement and supersedes any previous oral or written representations, including but not limited to provisions in Vendor’s quotations, proposals, acknowledgments or other documents.
