EDWAB (“Employee”), amending and restating the Employment Agreement dated February 3, 2002, as amended and restated by the Amended and Restated Employment Agreement dated February 3, 2003, and as amended and restated by the Second Amended and Restated Employment Agreement dated October 1, 2005 (the “Second Amended and Restated Agreement”).
