On December 2, 2020, as amended on January 13, 2021, Southwest Power Pool, Inc. (SPP) submitted an executed network integration transmission service agreement between SPP as transmission provider and Evergy Kansas Central, Inc. (Evergy KS) as network customer; and an executed network operating agreement among SPP as transmission provider and Evergy KS as both network customer and host transmission owner (together, Agreement).1 SPP requests that the Agreement become effective September 1, 2020.
