This Agreement sets out the agreed redundancy terms that will apply to all CWU represented Team Members who are NewGRID grades in BT (BT plc, BT Fleet Limited and Openreach Limited) and any other groups that BT and CWU jointly confirm are covered, subject to the terms of the section entitled Scope below.
