WHEREAS, Verizon as an Internet Service Provider (“ISP”) maintains several web portals through which Verizon delivers content and certain functionality; and WHEREAS, Verizon has a web portal targeted for its consumer customers and a web portal for its small business customers; and WHEREAS, Synacor provides web portal solutions for ISPs;
