We are pleased to submit two (2) copies of this Agreement to the Town to provide consulting engineering services for the referenced Project. This Agreement describes our scope of services to assist the Town with preparing a Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) to help evaluate potential water supply options and associated costs to meet the Town’s future water supply needs.
