As required by Section 7.7.4, 7.8.4, and 7.9.3 of the Funding and Management Agreement (FMA), an interlocal agreement made pursuant to Texas Government Code Chapter 791 by and among the Edwards Aquifer Authority (EAA), the City of New Braunfels (New Braunfels), the City of San Marcos (San Marcos), the City of San Antonio acting by and through its San Antonio Water System (SAWS), Texas State University, and the Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority (GBRA), a joint meeting of the Implementing, Stakeholder and Science Committees of the Edwards Aquifer Habitat Conservation Plan Program is scheduled for 9:00 am on Thursday, December 14, 2017 at the Edwards Aquifer Authority, 900 E. Quincy, San Antonio, TX. Lunch will be provided and the meeting is expected to end around 3 p.m. All attendees are encouraged to please RSVP to ktolman@edwardsaquifer.org by Monday, December 11, 2017.
