PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT FORProfessional Services • February 11th, 2021 • California
Consultant will provide utility locating services as-needed for various Water Department Capital Improvement Program projects. The Scope of Work will vary per project and will include the tasks as described in Exhibit A. The Scope of Work per project will be agreed to between the parties and must be approved by the City in writing prior to work beginning. The Consultant will be under the general supervision of the City’s Project Engineer.
