These Terms become effective when you use the Money Transfer Service. You must know, understand and comply with these Terms, as they form a binding agreement between you and us. 1 DEFINITIONS We have defined some words for consistency. Singular words include the plural and the other way round. Unless the context clearly requires a contrary interpretation, the following terms used in this agreement shall have the following meanings Word Meaning Availability Period The three year period from the dateof Send Transfer.
