Contract Type FiledJanuary 3rd, 2008It is understood and agreed that an employee in a job identified as redundant, and where no redeployment option is available will be eligible for severance pay of two (2) weeks base regular pay per year of completed continuous service to a maximum of fifty-two (52) weeks and a minimum of six (6) weeks. In addition, employees who are fifty (50) years of age or more at the time of the layoff, will be entitled to an additional eight (8) weeks of pay.
