As such, for each calendar day that any work, including all contract bid items, change order items, and complete clean up of the project site remains uncompleted after expiration of the contract time as herein stated, the Contractor will pay as liquidated damages to the City of CLINTON, Iowa, the sum of $50 for each day until completion.
